Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed in error or as a result of a misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. To file a counter-notification with us, please provide the following information to exponovels@gmail.com:

  2. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your location.
  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your contact information – including your name, address, and telephone number.
  5. Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we may reinstate the removed material within 10-14 business days unless we receive notice from the original complaining party that they have filed a court action against you.
